Matthew J. Nagaj began his education at Michigan
State University in 1994 and earned his undergraduate degree
there in Political Science Pre-Law. He went on to the University
of Detroit School of Law where he graduated with a Juris
Doctor Degree in 1997.
Since that time, Mr. Nagaj has been an active member of the Michigan Bar. He has extensive experience in medical malpractice and insurance litigation in addition to commercial litigation. He has represented and advised clients in a wide spectrum of litigation settings. Like others on the team that comprises the Firm, he has allowed the Firm to achieve success in several significant and high visibility cases. Since 2001, Mr. Nagaj has been a member of the Michigan Association for Justice and has actively worked to protect the rights of injured individuals throughout the State of Michigan.
In addition, Mr. Nagaj has been a speaker at Michigan Association for Justice Seminars and has successfully arbitrated and tried numerous personal injury cases, including those involving premises law, dog bite and automobile No Fault litigation.
