Peter A. Davenport has been a member of the
Michigan Bar since 1985. He graduated from Wayne State University,
Magna Cum Laude, in 1982. Thereafter, he attended Wayne
State University Law School where he received his Juris
Doctor Degree in 1985, graduating with Honors.
He began his legal career as a litigator
concentrating in the defense of professional malpractice,
products liability, insurance coverage, automobile negligence
and premise liability claims. For four years he represented
individual physicians and nurses exclusively when he was
associated with Stan Kazul & Associates. He also has
been a Field Litigation Trial Attorney for Cigna and Connecticut
General insurance companies, wherein he represented and
tried cases for insured’s throughout the State of
Michigan.
More recently he has been a successful trial
and appellate attorney concentrating in all aspects of No
Fault and automobile accident litigation, insurance coverage,
vehicular warranty and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Davenport has obtained many favorable
trial verdicts for both injured plaintiffs and defendants
and has successfully arbitrated many injury cases as well.
He is a Phi Beta Kappa key holder and member since 1982.
He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts
as well as all Federal District courts in the state and
the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Please call
